? Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
? Have at least 2 years experience as Chief Engineer, having hands-on experience.
? Responsible, honest, and having good attitude and service mind.
? Good English skills.
? Handle all maintenance operations in the hotel, including, but not limited to plumbing, preventative maintenance, rooms, air/heating units, operation machines, swimming pools, lighting, kitchen equipment.
? Coordinate with other departments (i.e., Front Office, Kitchen and Housekeeping Departments) to solve problems and ensure smooth operation.
? Complete work assignments on time and by a specified date and report directly to GM.
? Establish or adjust work procedures to meet maintenance work schedules and recommend measures to improve engineering related to the hotel.
? Have a knowledge of government regulations relating to the hotel?s operations, ensuring the hotel operates in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and requirements of any local authority.
? Supervise the team to assist both internal and external customers in a prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful manner at all times
? Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
